The Facility

The facility is located in the beautiful countryside of western Pennsylvania, away from the distractions and lure of the city. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of Transition's five-acre campus, where they can spend their free time landscaping, playing volleyball, relaxing on the newly built large back deck, or working out in our fully-equipped weight room.

Transition has two complete kitchens, one for meat, one for dairy. The seven bedroom facility houses two residents per room, including two counselor rooms. There is a quiet school room where reading and studying is encouraged. Additionally, the pool table, foosball table and a TV room, allow residents to unwind in a safe environment.
